Newly (2022) finished basement bedroom with closet, LVP flooring and new bathroom with tub/shower combo right next door. Bedroom can be simply furnished if desired. Small humble abode in quiet neighborhood right next to Great Lakes Crossing and all the amenities of Brown Road. Owner, home and property are substance free, no pets or children. Large front and back yard with lots of trees and wildlife. A side of the garage can be used for a small vehicle at additional fee. Plenty of driveway parking. Utilities included are water, electricity & gas.
About the roomies
Elementary school teacher gone long hours most school days as well as some evenings. Actively walking with Jesus. Quiet introvert who loves to cook (gluten free home- you will need your own toaster and frying pan), speak Spanish and learn about other cultures. Tidy, aspiring minimalist.
Frugal environmentalist who would prefer a roomie that is earth friendly or at least willing to learn while living here (i.e, recycling, reducing waste, reducing water usage and turning off lights/electronics).
