Hi there!! Looking for a 3rd roomie for our 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Rent does not include utilities but we can discuss the price! So far it’s me and another girl, we are in our early 20s. Super close to lots of food places. Newly renovated. There is a pool. And no specific rules! Just hope we all get along and respect each others privacy and become friends and live in a happy home! We want to apply by tonight onto the lease, so don’t hesitate to ask any questions or hit me up! Not sure about the security deposit just yet but I couldn’t leave it empty.
