Hi All!!! This is very urgent!! Move in available at the beginning of July [Forgive me for the pictures, my current roommates are still living here and I want to respect their privacy so I uploaded the photos from the company: MC Properties Westgate Apartments]

I’m offering one bedroom with own separate bathroom in my upstairs 2 bedroom apartment in the Linda Vista Area just above USD, very central to everything. Nearly all parts of San Diego are within 15 minute driving radius.

Rent on your end is 1650-1700 It is available beginning of July, and would like you to join my 1 year resigned lease. I recently had a roommate who told me last minute they were leaving and was unable, I now need to find a roomie ASAP!!

We would have our own in-house washer and dryer. A good dishwasher and a nice fridge. Your room has a large closet spanning the side wall and a center window. We have a pool and gym in the apartments. You have the larger bathroom separate to your room, with a full tub. Wouldn’t mind a couple or two people in the room to split rent three ways.

The pictures are nearly exactly the same layout and relative look to our apartment. Your room and bathroom will be as spotless when my current roomie move out.

More about me: I’m Antonio. I am a grad student and work in a laboratory. I’ve been at these apartments with my previous roommates for 2 years. I love to cook (including for my roomies lol) and am a certified mom friend™️. I like to keep the apartment clean and try to maintain it as much as possible. Life is life so I understand things are not going to be pristine 24/7 so don’t think I’m gonna be overbearing lol.

I come from a multicultural background and love to celebrate all of it as well as my being lgbtq. I love to keep a positive environment so having an open minded and compassionate roomie is a must for me. I am no stranger to giving space so if you prefer a less involved house that will also be respected.
