About the room
PLEASE READ We are not pet friendly at this time and only allow one tenant per room. Beautiful 3 bedroom/2.5 bath in a prime location close to everything(off Youree Dr)! I own this home and am looking to rent to three people. Each bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed and dresser. The kitchen is newly renovated and In unit washer and dryer is available. The two bedrooms in which will have a shared bathroom are $550/ month and the main bedroom (coming available April 2026) with its own bathroom is 700/month. Wi-Fi, water, sewage, trash and electricity are included in the rent. I will hold a $50 refundable deposit for each tenant. Minimum of 8 months lease and can go up to 48 months.
About the roomies
Currently occupied by one quiet and clean young professional. I only allow the same gender to occupy the home at one time.
