This cozy private bedroom on the main floor has been recently spruced up with some cosmetic work. It features two functioning windows for plenty of natural light, comfy carpeting, and easy access to three electrical outlets and a TV/Internet hookup. The bedroom includes a closet with shelves and hanging space for your clothes.

You’ll be sharing the bathroom, living room, and kitchen, all conveniently located on the main floor. Laundry facilities are available in the basement for added convenience.

Utilities will be split 50/50 each month. This includes but not limited to: Internet, Gas, Electricity, Water, Sewer, Garbage.

I do ask that tenants have renters insurance as well.

Property is minutes away from downtown. Minutes away from the civic center and also just a drive to the most popular Campuses.

There is only one roommate that you’ll be sharing the spaces with.

The roommate is a quiet, LGBT-friendly working professional who loves video-gaming and believes in sharing household tasks.

Renter/Tenant must be either LGBT-Friendly/Ally or a member of the community themselves.

Would prefer another roommate that is around the same age of 32, with there being deviations to that number.
