Looking for a roommate in a new upcoming east dallas neighborhood , 3 bed 2.5 bath house, 15 min away from downtown Dallas , 10 min away from White Rock lake, Walmart right down the street. The house is 2100 sqft with a huge backyard. Washer and dryer inside the house. Looking for a chill roommate who’s no drama , clean, friendly, responsible and can pay the rent on time. :) House is empty most of the time as i travel for work.
