About the room
The room is decently sized and has a closet. The property has a nice backyard and front yard parking in the back of the house as well as in the front of the house on the street the property is gated and aids in feelings of safety we do share the property with the neighbor which is very pleasant and nice. Live near main st and the Vietnamese store. The neighborhood is relatively quiet.
About the roomies
I am a single woman, I live on my own, this used to be my families house but it’s just me now and my cat. The neighbors are nice we don’t bother each other, we share the property’s the landlords family member, maintains the yard work and his roses. I’m very clean there may be a cat hair issue from my cat and dustiness but that is managed. I’m pretty quiet and keep to myself I never really have guests over, I am kind intelligent well mannered and respectful. Only serious tenants message me.
