3 story beautiful townhome in the best area a lot of amenities included , community pool / small gym, trails and shopping walking distance. house is a 3 bedrooms , renting 1 full bedroom with private bathroom on 1st floor Looking for responsible Female, I’m a 50 y/o male living with my 18 y/o daughter 50% of the time , I can’t have another male in the house. we both works reg. hours. we got a small cat . no smoking. Room in unfurnished but with a in wall mount TV.
About the roomies
Looking for female only ! because I live with my daughter ( no males ) she’s 18 & 1 small cat. They part of a 50/50 custody, meaning they are not always be at the house. No smoker, this is a really quiet neighborhood no party and no visitors. We are extremely clean and friendly, this is a quiet neighborhood with a lot of amenities. I work full time reg. M-F Hours and my teen daughter works part-time and study & stayed half of the week at home.
