Situated on the East side of Long Beach. I have this 2 bedroom one bath, 1200+ sq feet of space. Both rooms are large. Kitchen applicances are recently bought. I’m also upgrading the shared space that we will have like the living room and bathroom. The management company isn’t looking to update the flooring in the kitchen unfortunately. BUT! theres a garage for a single car & street parking. and the kitchen is really spacious as well.
The room is completely gutted by the way.
I am a 27 year old father. I’m currently working in healthcare as a CNA and caregiver. I have a room almost the size of a master bedroom available. I am currently working on losing 30 pounds, also i will be in MMA, forex and school to become a physician assistant. I am well mannered and follow a strict diet so all I eat is fruits and veggies and salmon for the most part. Im willing to meet first before a tour or during or whatever lol
