A single unfurnished room with a separate bathroom in a quiet and nice neighborhood close to the California Northstate University, Illiott Ranch Elementary School, and Highway 5. The Utilities and laundry are included. It is a six-bedroom house, but it is just my husband and me. He also does trucking; he mostly stays on the road. I am also going to work and school, so the house is pretty quiet and a good environment for studying.
