All three rooms are on second floor and share a spacious full bathroom with double sinks.

Guest Room #0: ($1200) There is a fourth bedroom on the first floor. The primary suite is a large bedroom with a large walk-in closet and full ensuite bathroom with double sinks.

First floor has shared common areas including living room with fireplace, second lounge living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast area, guest half bath, and laundry room with W&D. Tenants have full access to the beautiful, well-maintained large fully fenced backyard with seating and lounge chairs for peace and quiet relaxation. Pets not allowed. NON-SMOKING ONLY. $500 Security deposit required. $95 one time cleaning fee required.
