Private room upstairs with a queen-sized bed with shared bathroom for $850.00 per month including water, heater, AC, internet, and street parking. It is good for one female allowed in the room. No other guest is allowed. No pets, no pork, no drinking, and no smoking inside and outside of the premises. Only fridge and microwave are allowed to be used in the kitchen and no other area of the property is allowed to be used.

3 others live on the property and are very quiet. Two females live upstairs and will have to share the bathroom with the other 2 females.
