College Avenue

My wife and I ( no kids ) live in a fully remodeled 4 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse located on a nice Townhouse community with nice view. Located near 405 / 55 freeway access and close to Orange Coast College and the Fairgrounds. We have one extra bedroom with your own bathroom for rent to the right person. No pets as we already have two older black labs and a small dog. The labs stay downstairs since they are older and can’t climb stairs. you would have a dedicated parking space right behind the garage with security camera protection. I work for the school district and my wife has her own salon business outside of the house. No couples. Prefer responsible female.
