Large bedrooms in a beautiful brand-new house (built in 2023). One bedroom is currently available for move-in as early as July 1st 2026
Rent: $700/month for 1 large bedroom (ALL BILLS PAID!!!) Deposit: $400 Location: San Antonio, TX 78245 (near 1604 and Marbach) Move-in: July 1 (may be able to negotiate a move-in a few days before)
About the rooms: While the house is furnished, all bedrooms are unfurnished and include a walk-in closet. Closet size varies from room to room.
Bathroom: While you will share a bathroom, you will have your own sink and vanity. There is also an extra 1/2 bathroom downstairs available if needed.
Common Areas: There are two common areas - a living room downstairs and a loft upstairs. You will also have access to the kitchen and laundry room as well.
About our community: We are conveniently located near Costco, Lackland Air Force Base, SeaWorld® San Antonio, H-E-B plus!®, Walmart Supercenter, The Shops at Dove Creek, an Amazon distribution center, Southwest Research Institute®, and Alamo Ranch Marketplace. You will have easy access to Loop 1604 & Hwy. 90.
Need more space? There is a large walk-in closet in the upstairs loft for an additional $80/month. This is only available to those renting a room.
