Looking for 2 roommates to fill a 4 bedroom/3.5 bath house located in College Station. The other roommates are quiet and serious about school. The house is privately owned and managed.
Amenities: House is in great shape; only 2 years old and very well taken care of. Clean common rooms fully furnished. Granite countertops. WIFI available. All appliances included. Laundry room equipped. Spacious rooms, walk-in closets. Jack-n-jill style shower/toilet area, private sink area with each room with granite countertops.
Two-car garage, fenced-in backyard.
Street parking in front of house.
Rent is $600 per month, utilities split among roommates.
Will need to furnish your bedroom only.
Dry terrarium pets allowed. Currently a gecko and blue tongued skink on the premises.
About the roomies
1 female and 1 male TAMU college students pursuing degrees in Conservation Biology and Engineering. Both are neat and friendly.
