The house itself is a split level located in Northern Loveland, with easy access to 287 and I-25. Both the upstairs and the downstairs are available in the house and offer each person privacy and space, as well as your own bathroom. There’s likely to enough room in the house as well for anything your have to store, there’s a lot space. The backyard is fenced in and a nice size, with a huge garden area available. There’s also storage space in the Garage.The house comes with a washer and dryer, has a dishwasher, refridgeator, and central air

The lease would go through June of 2027, with the option to extend at any point. I’ll likely be planning to leave the area at the end of the lease, giving you first dibs to renew and find another fit or bring in anyone as needed to fully take advantage of this property.

Pets are allowed with owner approval and after our meeting the current animals (who have had no 0 problems in the past).

You’ll be living with 1 roommate (me) and my two very friendly dogs (1 is 7.5 years old and the other is 2 years).

I like to be stay active in the gym and generally keep more to myself. I’m not a big partier and mainly just workout after work, play with the dogs, cook, and play some video games.

In a roommate I’m just looking for someone who communicates, pays their bills on time, respects the other person (and their space), and just overall a decent person. I’m pretty easy going and the type to do what I say, especially when it comes to the good of the house. I like to keep the place clean and want the same. I also prefer it more quiet (people can come over no problem but I’d like to have it communicated to me, as well as it just be more having people over to relax, not throw parties and what not).
