One cool bathroom downstairs for renters to share. The garage has an air fryer, induction burner, microwave, refrigerator, cabinets and shelving for storage solely for renters to share. The upstairs kitchen is available for cooking bigger meals, baking, and washing dishes. Washer and dryer in garage for all residents to use. Renters have a patio solely for their use with a table, umbrella, and chairs, and a private entrance to the home. Utilities and wifi included. Transgender female cool. No pets, strong room fragrances, smoking or vaping please.

Jill, the homeowner, is a 64 year old fun loving, artist, piano player and writer, who cares for seniors during the day and is home at night/weekends. A 29 year old woman lives upstairs with Jill and two renters will live downstairs. We are creative, fun, quiet and make fantastic roommates. We’re looking for another roomie to make our space complete!
