About the room

Hi all, I’m looking for a roommate to live in a 2 bed/2 bath east Mountain View condo. Monthly rent is $1800(+ 1/2 utilities), and it is available to move-in now.

About the Place: The condo/apartment is located in a quiet residential area east of Dale Avenue and just west of Knickerbocker Dr. in Mountain View. Safeway, Chase Bank, Felipe’s Market and Madras Groceries are all walking distance, while Nijiya Market is 5 minutes drive. Despite being a quiet street, there is fast access to the highway’s 85 and 237. Most tech offices are within a 25 minute drive. Close to VTA bus stop on El Camino Real with regular 522/22 service.

The master room for rent includes an private bathroom and 2 closets. The room has a queen size bed+mattress. Washer and dryer are in-house. The shared kitchen has ample countertop space and cabinet storage. The living room is spacious and has an adjoining balcony. However, I do have my work computer in the living room. This place also includes a parking spot inside a gated entry. The complex features a ping-pong room, and a pool.

About the roomies

I’m a hardware engineer in his late-forties. In my spare time, I like cooking, reading, learning music, and working out, and have a cat. I like to keep my living spaces clean and hope to find a roommate that can do the same. Please reach out to me if you are interested!
