About the room

We have a room for rent later this summer, with an extra large office space (picture has furniture but it will only have the desk). Washer and dryer. Shared kitchen. Shared bathroom. New house with solar. Covered patio. Really quiet area and safe. Quick 10 minute commute to UCD. About as quick as parts of Davis because it is all hwy. I even come home for lunch!

About the roomies

One student at UC Davis. and one high school teacher. I have a small cute dog that is hypoallergenic. Looking for a fellow student or quiet professional. We like a peaceful home to study and relax.
