MUST BE 45 Years Old to rent here. In a gated active adult community! If you need unfurnished we can work that out. The room is spacious with a large closet and private bath with linen closet and double vanity sinks. Bathroom is all yours except when I have family visit. Last time family visited was more than a year ago so it’s really all yours for the most part. I call it semi-private in lease. Off street parking (we can discuss garage parking) Lots of light during the day w/ a view of the backyard gardens. Queen size bed, TV, armoire, large closet, nightstand w/lamp. The community has a lot of amenities: pool, Jacuzzi, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, a club house, gym, library, and many activities. Right across the street from Rio Bravo Golf Course.

I’m the owner/landlord and have lived in the home for about 4 years. I would love the company of a housemate but like my privacy and quiet time too. Certainly will respect yours. I work from home in the den (also on opposite of house from bedroom for rent). I’m usually early to bed and early to rise. Keep a very clean house. Prefer someone that is a professional who works outside of the home weekdays and is a neat and very clean.

I know what it feels like to rent a room in someone’s home, I’ve done it. I will always do my best to accommodate your needs and make you feel at home. I’m pretty easy going, just looking for an honest, reliable tenant who keeps things nice and pays rent on time.
