I’m in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment at River Park Tower with one room and its attached bathroom available starting April 1. The room has a large walk-in closet with additional closet space in the attached private bathroom. The common areas are already furnished and utilities connected. The unit has a balcony, washer and dryer and sound insulated walls and floors. Building amenities include a fitness center, outdoor pool, game room, movie theater and secure garage parking. You’ll be signing onto the existing 12 month lease (March 2024 to March 2025) therefore you’ll still have to apply through the leasing office and be approved in order to move in. All expenses with utilities usually totals around $850/mo.

I am an engineer at the shipyard, an outdoors type easy going non-smoker 30 year old male. I love pets however I don’t currently own any. I occasionally have friends over or my partner. My ideal roommate would be a similarly situated mature young adult.
