Peaceful suburban home next to a beautiful park. The home is cute, clean, all new higher-end appliances and furniture. The whole home has been recently painted. I wanted it to be a nice Oasis and a great place to be. Great location to HWY 65 its super easy to get too. It has a pretty decent size kitchen as well. You’ll have your own bath and shower combo and fairly decent sized bedroom. I’m an trusted Insurance Agent in Roseville. I’m usually out and about enjoying California, going to Mass or doing CrossFit. I don’t have animals, don’t do drugs (say no to drugs :)) or smoke. I noticed some places already have established roommates you’ll have contend with, not here. Really easy going, respectful and it would be nice to be friends/friendly with my roommate. I’m a great and fair communicator when there are issues to work with. If you are clean, respectful, non-partier, easy going and a young professional whos out and about too. I think we be a great fit. So if you want a peaceful, drama free, good quality of life home this is the place to be.
