About the room
The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac up Laurel Hill. It is set in a beautiful green setting. You can hear the little stream running in my neighbor’s garden. It’s less than 5 minutes drive from the University of Oregon. It’s surrounded by trees and wild flowers, so if you like nature, you will feel right at home. The room available is at the basement level with direct view on the garden and you will share a bathroom with one other roommate. Utilities are $100/month.
About the roomies
It’s a 4-bedroom house, with 2 bathrooms. There is a 24 year old woman who just moved in and is month to month, and 2 other women (26 and 28) moving at the end of June. This is a drama free, drug free house (including non smoking) with respectful roommates. Looking for a female roommate only at this point (ideally in her 20s but open to anyone who would be a great fit for the house) to add to this great group. Pets are unfortunately not welcome.
