The house is designed for the young crowd, everyone is under thirty years old. Most residents are students or professionals who recently graduated. You must be willing to share the house with others and have a good time with your roommates. I am very picky with my residents, only good vibes here.

Rooms are furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and closet. With the room, we have all utilities included like water, heat, electricity, and high-speed internet, bathroom essentials (Toilet and paper towel), cleaning essentials (Trash bags, cleaning products), landscape and clean service. This house is a Five minute walk from Clark University, Five Min drive from Worcester State, WPI, and Worcester downtown.

To get keys: Must pass Background and reference check. Pay rent and security.

The house is occupied mostly by students and professionals all under 30 years old. I try to keep a mix of culture and gender making a pleasant place to live.
