There are two other males living in the home. One works nights, the other works days. You would be sharing the bathroom with the roommate who works days. The other roommate has his own bathroom in the basement. You would have access to everything upstairs - kitchen/living/dining/laundry. A nice dog lives there, no other pets allowed.

My son owns the home and lives out of state. You would pay him via Venmo, and contact me with any issues. The yard work is done by a service, so you would not need to do any. No smoking indoors. There is room in the garage for storage. Nice family neighborhood near Glencoe High. Prefer someone in their 20s or 30s.
