For rent is a Bedroom on an 850 Sqft 2+2 apartment.

Available Area is the one marked in BLUE. The living room area is rented by a friend and its divided with Glass doors. Your room would be the 10x10. The “guest” bathroom would be shared with my friend. We prefer a Male renter that is of similar age to us.

I would be staying in the master bedroom, I’m a 28-year old Male Professional. Work 8-5 Monday to Friday, and spend most weekends out of town. The one renting the living room is also a male 28-year-old and also leaves on the weekends.

My weekdays consists of getting home after work, cooking something, and just play video games on my PC or watch Netflix. Same with the one renting the living room.

No overnight guests allowed. No Kids, No pets, No couples, No Parties. 420 Friendly as long as its Vaping (No Smoking of any kind inside the apartment). Washer and Dryer inside the unit. There is a pool in complex. Perfect for a Student. The only bill we would split would be the electricity.

Must pass Credit Check and have references. First Month rent + $200 deposit due on move in (Total of $900). Deposit of $200 will be returned after an assessment of the room has been made after you move out if there are no damages to the room or bathroom. Electricity Split between the three of us.
