Bridgewater Trail

Hi, I am looking for a roommate to simply cut down on bills. The townhouse has one full bath and one without a shower/tub. The garage is attached and one space is available for the roomie. I have a dog who is very well behaved and probably is enough as far as pets go in the house. I am a very easy going, clean person and work a normal 8-5 job during the week. On the weekends I spend most of my time gone either to my boyfriends or parents house or outside somewhere. I am looking to buy a home in October when the lease is up. The tenant (if all goes well) is more than welcome to make the move with me although rent would increase the $1000 plus half utilities. The home will also be located in the surrounding area. I am a non drug user/smoker who enjoys wine and beer, but prefer to keep drugs outside the home. I am happy to provide photos.

Looking for someone who’s clean and respectful of other space. My current roommate is moving out looking for more space, as they have children. I enjoy a fairly low key life. I dine out here and there and enjoy being outside. I spend time with my friends and family and typically keep to myself.
