It is a new townhouse community built in 2020. We are looking for a housemate to take the 3rd bedroom. Available from August 31st. Rent is $1300 per month which includes all utilities (water, trash, electricity, high speed internet). Security deposit is $1,300 which is fully refundable when you move out. It is a month by month lease. You have to give me a minimum 30 days-notice to move out.

It is a 3 bed 3.5 bath townhouse in a community in Gardena. 1st floor is the garage and lower bedroom, 2nd floor is the living room, kitchen, dining space, ½ bath and a balcony. 3rd floor is the master bedroom and upper bedroom. Very close to SpaceX, highway I-105, I-110 and I-405. You will have your own bedroom about 12’x13’. The bedroom is on the 3rd floor. You will have your own private bathroom. The room is NOT furnished so you have to bring your own furniture. Central AC that you can control the temperature through an app. Ring doorbell with camera. Front door lock with keypad. Samsung front loaded washer and dryer on the 3rd floor.

We have a garage but both parking spots are currently taken by the other two housemates. You have to park at the visitor parking spaces inside the community.

You will be sharing the house with 2 housemates. One male and one female. Both are young working professionals in their 20s with high credit score and high income. They are also very respectful to other’s privacy.

We are looking for a responsible housemate who must have a full-time job and will pay rent on time. You must NOT have any criminal history, bankruptcy history, or eviction history. Salary above $75K per year is preferred. Credit score above 750 is highly preferred. Not pet is allowed.
