I have a room that comes furnished and ready to be rented. The room comes with new furniture and a brand-new double size mattress. There is plenty of parking and some room for some small storage. You would pretty much have your own bathroom since its only used mostly by visitors. The house is close to Costco about a 15 drive to SSU and 10 min drive to SRJC. I have rented out the room to several colleges’ students before and all of them have been perfect roommates and some I am still friends with. I do have a small back yard that you are more than welcome to use as well or if you want to plant some flowers or veggies that’s fine as well.

I live alone so the house will be pretty quiet. I took an early retirement so some days I am out hanging out with others or staying home watching a movie. Once the weather is better, I enjoy working out in my yard taking care of my many flowers and plants. I also enjoy taking my e-bike out so if you ever would like to go on a ride, I do have two of them. I am pretty easy going and I tend to be very straightforward. I believe in good communications that way it helps to prevent problems. I am sociable and sometimes I enjoy my peace and quiet as well. I am looking for someone who is somewhat sociable and will do his part to help keep our home clean and enjoyable. I am in no hurry to rent out my room I prefer to take my time to fine the perfect match.
