I have a furnished room for rent in a nice house in Lehigh Acres.

Female PREFERRED due to other female roommate,but open to male. 1/4 mile from intersection of Leeland Heights Blvd and Bell Blvd, you can walk to Aldi’s.

There is a public bus that passes close by. The room is $700 per month with a shared full bath with city water. Other shared areas are a fully equipped kitchen, large living room, large back porch and back yard patio. No animals or smoking in the house.

To move in will require first month’s rent and $500 security deposit. Electric, city water and WiFi are included in the rent. Background check required.

I work most days. But when I’m off from work I’m a homebody. My time is partly divided by cooking in the kitchen. tending to my plants/flowers/trees. As well as video games. It’s not often but I do have family/friend gatherings here and there when I cook for my loved ones. I do my best to maintain a clean and organized home. A few home rules that can be discussed once moving in has been determined.

Other roommate has kind of the same deal, they work average Monday-Friday 9-5 type of schedule. Very clean and respectful.
