Listing/Rent covers all utilities and home is fully furnished (Less worrying) This is a spacious 2,160 sq foot single floor home housing 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms; there is also a large backyard. Each room has a smart lock that auto-locks when closed (key and keycard in room/fingerprint and personalized passcode can be set up), mini-fridge, smart TV, laundry basket, mirrors, plenty of storage, extra bed linen / towels, black out curtains, and work table/chair. The same code for your smart lock will also be your code for the security system/front door (24/7); the only cameras on property cover the outside entrances and the one in the living room that only opens when the alarm goes off. There is a wide common area with a 60“ TV. For parking, there’s a 2-car smart garage (street parking is also available - do not park in front of other neighbors’ homes); on request, I can give your phone garage control. There is a full-sized fridge in the kitchen and a full freezer in the garage. W&D also included. Cleaning supplies in hall closet. Home also has high-speed fiber internet, robot vacuum, and heating/cooling towers. Quiet streets, no traffic, well-maintained neighborhoods, and many quality amenities quickly accessible. I have yard maintenance every month. Please do not flush “flushable wipes” or tissues down toilet; throw in trash instead. No smoking, no parties, do not disturb other people in home.

I use my funds to take care of my parents while investing into my own future. I am currently single and have no children; thus, I’m using this time in my life to do new things and invest in myself. I also own/rent out a fully furnished property in Plano, TX during my travels and pay all utilities; please let me know if you’re interested. There are currently 3 other males in the home who mainly keep to themselves and are all professional. One is a project development manager who is working on some projects in McKinney. One is a former actor and current author; he does Uber often. One works for an AI company.
