Hi! I’m Rayne, a KU law student looking for a female roommate, as the available room is closest to mine. My cousin, Reco, a KU undergrad, lives in the basement bedroom. The room is in a 3‑bedroom, 2.5‑bath townhouse located in a quiet neighborhood less than 10 minutes from KU and under 5 minutes from Haskell. The home is furnished except for the rented bedroom, and laundry is located in the basement. Utilities are split equally between roommates, averaging about $165 per month, though costs may vary. There are two very well‑behaved dogs in the home—a small Cavachon and a very chill Border Collie—and both roommates are clean and incredibly relaxed. Please note that although the home technically has four bedrooms, only three will ever be occupied. Willing to prorate rent for Aug. Lease will end 31 July 2027.

Rayne lives upstairs, directly across from the available room, and is a law student at the University of Kansas. Rayne is clean, laid‑back, and easy to live with, helping create a relaxed and comfortable home. Rayne also has two very well‑behaved dogs (a small Cavachon and an incredibly mellow Border Collie) who add a friendly, welcoming vibe to the space. Her hobbies include going to the gym, gardening, and other chill activities.

Reco, another University of Kansas student, lives in the basement bedroom. Reco is calm and easygoing, enjoys gaming, and likes hanging out with friends, contributing to a positive and low‑stress household atmosphere. He’s very mature and responsible.

The landlord is Laura Wright, a Marine veteran and Rayne’s mom. Laura is attentive, reliable, and takes pride in maintaining a well‑run home, making this a great place for a responsible, friendly roommate looking for a comfortable living situation. – Laura does not live in the home.
