Looking for a third roommate to join me and my current roommate, Taylor, in ✨Drexel Hill✨ starting in July/August!
Our spacious twin home is located in a cute m neighborhood that is a little more tucked back and features a furnished living room, 1.5 bathrooms, a cozy yard, a garage, and shared laundry in the basement.
There are two room options available:
Small Bedroom – $800/month • Unfurnished, or I can provide a twin bed and dresser if needed
Finished Basement – $1,300/month • Large space • Private entrance • Private half bath attached
The full shared bathroom with the shower is located upstairs, while the half bath is in the basement. Since the laundry is also located in the basement, we’d work out a schedule that works for everyone.
Parking is easy, with a small parking space available behind the house as well as plenty of street parking.
All utilities are split between roommates, including gas, electric, water, trash, sewage, and WiFi.
I’m Jenna, a 31-year-old 6th grade art teacher. I love spending time with friends, taking care of my plants, making art, and trying new things. I’m pretty outgoing and social, but I also value personal space and downtime.
Taylor is 34 and works from home. She loves spending time at the beach, staying active, and going to the gym. She’s very social, friendly, and always happy to chat or hang out while still respecting everyone’s space and routines.
As roommates, we’re clean and considerate without being overbearing. We enjoy hanging out together, watching trash TV, and having a friendly, comfortable home environment. We’re looking for someone who is respectful, easygoing, who will be a good fit for the household and mesh well with our vibe.
