About the room
Lookin for roomate,nice home 3 bathrooms , 3 floors, 3 living rooms fenced in back yard. All utilities included, including wifi, room fully furnished and has mounted smart tv (netflix, prime video, you tube premium,disney,etc) new bed, new mattress and box spring, room just newly painted. Quiet street, quiet neighborhood, 4 covered porches. One porch uncovered. Non smoking home, but 420 friendly as long as you don’t smoke in the house, we have one cat in the home. Must be clean !!! and respectful. It is a drug free and drama free home very peaceful. share with two roommates one female one male ( not a couple). Female roomie is moving out in July.
