Looking for a female to rent the largest private bedroom and bath in a Brookland neighborhood townhouse shared with three other women. Room is on the basement floor with a window A/C unit. Full bathroom for private use on your floor and a half bath on the first floor. Has its own private entrance out the back to our parking pad. Rent is $1250 with utilities ranging from $100-150 a month. Plenty of permit free parking available on our cross street. We are also right in front of a park, and next to St. Jerome Prep (a Catholic parochial school). Within walking distance to G8, E2, 80, etc bus stops. G8 bus goes straight to Brookland-CUA station/red line. E2 bus stops right in front of apt and goes to Fort Totten station. 20 minute walk from Brookland Metro Station, 12 minute walk to St. Francis of Assisi, 15 minute walk to Franciscan Monastery, and 30 minute walk to the National Shrine. 1 mile from Catholic University of America, 2.3 miles from Howard University.

The three women living here are POC, tidy, friendly, fairly quiet, and Christian/Catholic. We are graduate students and working women.
