About the room
Hi, I’m Joe and live close to Vancouver Mall for 35+ years. I’ve provided safe, and affordable housing for everyone for over 18 years and have made many friends in my home sharing rooms. I can’t take pets unless in a cage or tank, no smoking, vaping, or cannabis, please respect the decisions of the home.
As a 38-year-old healthcare professional and realtor in Vancouver, WA, I understand the value of a comfortable living space. Our grand 3,500 sq. ft. home has 5 large bedrooms, each accommodating a king-size bed and desk, along with 3 full baths and a 3-car garage. The kitchen features exquisite Brazilian cherry flooring and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. We like to have fun during summers, Halloween, and love to decorate the house for Christmas (pics attached). Located in the prestigious Northwood Park neighborhood, our home offers a quiet, safe haven just minutes from shopping, WSU Vancouver, local eateries, and the airport. Take advantage of nearby Northwood public park for leisurely strolls or invigorating jogs during these sunny months.
About the roomies
Bryant is a friend of mine of over 30 years and is the senior human resources specialist for Banfield pet Hospital. He is mostly to himself and considerate of others, and doesn’t bother anyone. One of the nicest guys I’ve ever met and is a joy to talk to. He cooks nutritious, organic, and healthy meals every day.
Doug has been at the house for over 3 years during Covid. He is in his 50s and has a lot of life experiences traveling. He works as a mobile notary but is also doing some land development and wholesale. He has lots to share and say and rarely uses the kitchen/common spaces.
Melissa is a very sweet 29 year old professional from Colombia that moved down from Seattle as a project manager at Microsoft. She’s been our newest addition and has brought the home a lot of vibrant life and energy!
