I can only guarantee this place for one month because I am moving sometime in February.
I have a tiny den. In photo that I put a single bed in. You can see it in the pictures. My room is on the other side of the apartment and it’s an old building with brick wall so it can be private enough.

Dont smoke at all or drink much. I go to church Ive been In DC for 20 years I dont have pets Dust free, im a bit chemcial sensitive so I dont use that in my place except bleach. There are a few scented shampoos and perfumes that I am alergic too.
I like my place quiet. or with music but dont have people over.
Only rent to serious mature people who are here for a job or temp studies.
When I am home I am Clean, relaxed, working from home. I am in the arts and tech. I like my space, quiet and peaceful, organized, and clean. I like to travel when I can I speak Spanish and French.
