2 bedroom apartment right outside Quincy center. Small complex, only 12 units, everyone’s nice. 10ish minute walk or 2 minute drive to Quincy center. MBTA red line station right in Quincy center. Washer & dryer in unit. Shared bathroom. Large parking lot in front of complex, always parking available. Property management is pretty good, they fix all requests in a decent time frame. 93 N is minutes away.
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ I am moving to a different state and need to replace my spot on the lease. You would be taking over my last 3 months, with the potential to renew for another year with the current roommate.
About the roomies
Current roommate is a young professional teacher. Nice guy, mostly keeps to himself and spends time with his girlfriend. No major issues in the time I lived here with him. If you’re interested in this apartment it would make sense for you to come check out the spot & meet him. The ideal candidate would be a young professional or student. All normal people will be considered.
