I own a nice new house in Park Place. Just blocks to handsome biscuit and a short walk or bike ride to Ghent. You’ll get 2 bedrooms and a private bath and half a garage for 800 a month (including sharing basic cox internet service and reasonable utility usage). You’ll be expected to pitch in on common area household duties about 50/50

About me: I’m a 36 year old Caucasian male civilian engineer for the Navy, I’m a respectful, quiet person. I’ve had a roommate in the past and it worked well so I’m not new to having a roommate, but I am new to having a roommate as a homeowner.

About you: Absolutely no drugs or illegal activity, no smoking, will need renters insurance policy for term of the lease. Prefer you bring home 3x the monthly rent at a minimum and no more than 50% total income towards monthly debt payments, but if you’re a student I may make an exception if you can provide other verification you can afford the rent. You will need to undergo standard renter checks which you’ll need to pay for (roughly 35-40 dollars through e-renter) as part of the lease application which will include Credit, last two years of rental history, proof of income and identify, etc.
