Looking for a tidy roommate in the South View neighborhood. The room is unfurnished with a private half bath and walk-in closet on the second floor. A full shared bathroom with a walk-in shower (no tub!) is on the first floor. Internet, power, gas, and water are included. The house has a furnace for the first floor and window units for AC. All appliances are available for use (washer, dryer, dishwasher, gas oven, etc.) There’s also a large fenced yard.

The house is full of weird art, mannequins, and animal bones. I’m looking for someone who is comfortable providing basic care for the pets when I’m out of town a few times per year.

I work from home, am a hobby maker, and live a pretty quiet life. My home is my safe space, so I need someone who won’t disrupt my peace. I would love to find another creative spirit to share some space with. Must love animals as I currently have a dog, 3 cats, and occasionally foster. Additional pets are welcome, but dogs will likely be difficult as mine is reactive.
