I’m subleasing my fully furnished private room in a 2bd-2ba apartment at The Park - Irvine Spectrum at $1500 a month (all in). FEMALE only. Lease ends 11/30/24 You will have your own bedroom and big private bathroom with bath tub, shared kitchen, fridge, balcony, storage, and in-unit washer and dryer. You will have your own parking spot!!! Our apartment is very close to the ELEVATOR, a huge pool and gym room right downstair next to the elevator, make it convenient for you to stay healthy. There are 03 pools, 03 gyms, BBQ stations, play station, park, computer rooms with printers… and you will have full access to those amenities once I give you the key. Something to aware of, my stuffs will still be there but they do not occupy lot of space. I’m a simple person with least stuff as I can.

A 40ish lady is living with her daughter in the master bedroom. They are both introvert and have good manner.
