We are looking for a full time at student or a full time young professionnal; the room is for single occupancy only. Fully Furnished queensize bedroom. This is a 2 story - 4 bedroom family home and the room is at the second floor with a bathroom in the hallway. Very close to groceries, shopping centers, restaurants and fitness center. Must restpect the peaceful atmosphere of the house and neighborhood, responsible, courteous and trustworthy. Must CLEAN up after themselves.

*Month to month lease *Must have full time work or a Full Time Student and can show proof of income ( 2 recent pay stubs). *Must provide valid ID with photo.

• No stay at home or work at home peeps *Please tell us about your self and your current living and job situation.
• Utilities included : WIFI, electricity water, garbage.
• Someone who does not cook too often with very limited kitchen use if possible, only light cooking.
• Covid testing upon move in, of course
• Rental Agreement to be signed before move in.
• must have updated flu shots

Close to freeway ( 5 and 99 ).

• 5 mins to Consumers River College
• 5 mins to Apple company
• 30 mins to California State University - Sacramento and National University
• 5 mins to Light Rail Station
