Your spacious 13 x 18’ studio with vaulted ceiling has a full bath with bidet attachment, kitchenette and private entrance with private patio. This studio is part of the main house but you will not have access to the rest of the main house. This is the coolest room in the house located on the north east corner of the house. Light morning sun and protected from the harsh summer sun from about noon till sunset. The laundry room is in back of the house and accessed through a side gate. Your bed is positioned to have a view of palm and citrus trees in the foreground with breathtaking (snow covered in winter) mountain views in the background This fully renovated studio also has parking right outside your double door private entrance. It has a mini walk-in closet and you will have access to a laundry room in the main house. When renovation is completed by move in date on Nov 1 it will have privacy partitions on the front patio with table and chairs for outside dining or just hanging out. I’m a career artist/designer in my 60’s living in the main house and here full time.
