There is one upstairs bedroom open in the house I rent with other (mostly grad) students (plus a freeloading cat) in the Near South Neighborhood (<2 miles from campus). The house is probably around 100 years old, so it has some beautiful woodwork on the main floor. The house has a lot of space with two kitchens and two sets of washers/dryers. Also you simply cannot beat the $316 rent. We are looking for one more roommate. The room is open now. Message me for more information or photos or if you have questions about anything at all.

Currently signed up for next year are me and two other Math grad students, a grad student in lighting, and an undergrad in horticulture. There are three men and two women so far. We are super friendly and welcoming to all kinds of people!
