Room comes furnished with a very nice and comfortable bed. Room also comes with desk and table. Outside the room in the living room there is a very nice and large desk which is perfect for students who like to study. The desk I believe is 36“ Deep and 72“ wide which is great for being able to put all your study needs on it. In-N-Out is a 5 minute walk along with Trader Joe’s and Target. Great neighborhood and great location. Neighborhood is very clean and quiet. No pets,no drinking and no smoking. Room for rent great and perfect for students. fast WiFi. Looking for roommate that is clean,tidy and quiet. Bathroom has a great walk in shower. Great Tennis Courts,SPA and Swimming pool are also available within 1-2 minute walking distance. The bus stops are nearby as well. You can easily save a few hundred dollars per month in parking fees that UCI charges as you can just walk from home to campus without needing to drive to school and pay extra for parking every month. This rent is based off of yearly rent. If short term then rent will be higher. A monitor is available in the room as well along with a bike that can be used too.
