RULES: *My absolute number one rule is Respect. *You absolutely must have a stable income. •No past criminal records, even if just theft. ––>Courtesy / Respect: °No drinking alcohol allowed in my apartment. °No smoking or vaping allowed in my apartment. °You must shower at least twice a week. *Remember wash your dishes every night or morning; right after you use them is best. ––>Sound / Noise: *Do not blast music, no playing music after 9 p.m. without headphones or at least keep it at very low volume so that neighbors cannot hear it. *You can watch movies or television in the living room but you must keep the volume at a decent level throughout the day to prevent neighbors complaining, from the other apartments.
If you are on a disability check, being disabled, that is perfectly fine as long as your monthly check is over $900, same goes for those who have a job. If you do work, you must have already had your job for a minimum of 3 months. You must have a pay stub or a letter from social security stating that you do in fact have benefits.
What animals? Only guineapigs or tamed non-biting birds like doves. You can not have more than two. Separate from their cage, they must weigh less than 5 lb. No other pets allowed. No dogs or cats in my apartment. Note: there are small dogs and cats under 35 lb around the neighborhood apartments.
My Personal Disclosure: I am commonly in a wheelchair for safety; I can walk, but it is painful. I do know martial arts and I am able to flip someone if necessary, I will not hesitate to call the police if there is an incident. If I fall down or if you fall down, we must agree to not call an ambulance unless the person on the floor is either unresponsive / not coherent or says “yes” do call the ambulance right now.
