About the room

The property is zoned residential/commercial and very close to Shopping Centers, Banks, Restaurants, Public transportation and easy access to the Freeways. There are 3 vacant rooms available immediately of which 2 can be shared accommodations. House is newly painted and very clean and simply decorated. It has a nice backyard fo get some fresh air and barbecue. This house is a must see!!!!

About the roomies

I am a retired Social Worker and has a heart on helping people. The only tenant currently in the house is a female Retired Veteran of 20 yrs with the Air Force. She’s a very sweet and intelligent woman who keeps to herself.
Although food is not included, I stock the refrigerator and pantry with a lot of food.
