One upstairs room in a 3 bedroom house located in midtown Sacramento. Street parking, but we also have a driveway with space open for parking. Shared bathroom, living room, kitchen, and a small backyard. Currently 3 tenants: one couple (20 & 21) in master bedroom downstairs and another roommate is in the room next to the available room upstairs. No one who has kids or is older than 25 please, due to maturity differences. Internet, water, and trash service are included. Utilities and the internet will be split in between tenants in 4 separate ways. No washer or dryer but laundry matt is in short walking distance. $850 per room, deposit is $1000. Rent is split between rooms. One pet is allowed with a pet deposit of $200 IF the animal doesnt pose a threat to cats (if it’s a small pet such as a lizard then that is allowed as long as the enclosures are secure!) If you’re not comfortable with LGBTQ+, disabled, or POC in any way, then this room is not for you. This is a queer household. Message me if you’re interested in a tour. Me and my partner are quiet and respectful; I enjoy playing a lot of video games and he enjoys doing art and taking care of animals! Im away for the day during the weekdays for work. My partner is often at home doing his things privately. The other roommate is in college, loves books, and works most weekdays.
