About the room
We are offering a beautiful and comfortable master room with a private bath, in-unit laundry, a nice kitchen, a living room, and a dining room. The community features include two tennis courts, two pools, a gym, a car wash, parking, lake views, a natural environment, and many grills. It’s a wonderful community with strong security. We are looking for a responsible female to join us.

About the roomies
You are welcome to use the kitchen, but please clean up and return everything to its proper place afterward. Keep your room and bathroom clean and maintain the overall organization of the space. The community observes a silence rule after 10 PM.
You may have visitors, but you are responsible for their actions and any damages they cause or rules they break. Visitors cannot stay for more than two days.
