About the room
Welcome to our home isin a guard gated community. The common area has outdoor heated pools, tennis court and loads of walking paths. Our home is approximately 2600 sq feet with 3 bedrooms all having their own ensuites. Our home comes with a renovated large kitchen that is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the necessary cookware dishes and cutlery which you are welcome to use. The large living and dining rooms are for your enjoyment as well. Your large bedroom has a private 3 piece en-suite. All linens are supplied. Your room has a king bed,2 night tables with one night lamp, a desk and chair, dresser, a walk in closet. For you convenience your room is equipped with a Mimi frig, microwave, electric kettle, cutlery and dishes ( for one person), plus an ironing board and iron. The garden and patio area have multiple seating area, gas bbq, gas fire pit all for your enjoyment. There is an additional cleaning fee of $100.00 monthly for cleaning your room every second week. The cleaning service will include washing your bed linens and re making your bed and washing your towels and general cleaning of your bathroom and your room.
About the roomies
We are a mother daughter team. Mum is a snowbird from Canada. We presently have a female tenant.
